چکیده

Achieving healing of venous ulcerations can be time and labor intensive. The aim this study was to evaluate the factors associated with conversion from open healed ulcers in a large cohort using Vascular Quality Initiative Varicose (VQI) Vein Registry. We performed retrospective review data VQI Registry 2014 2018. evaluated all varicose vein procedures for limb specific CEAP 6 disease. Demographic collected regarding patients as well information about treatment modality. primary outcome complete ulcers, identified by 5 secondary partial stasis reduction number active ulcerations. Univariate multivariate comparisons were appropriate. There total 1089 640 patients. mean age 61.1 ± 13.9 years 42.7% female Patients followed median 102 days (interquartile range, 15-233 days). who achieved wound did not differ those based on age, gender, body mass index, race, pregnancies, anticoagulation use, or However, that less likely have prior history phlebitis (4.4% vs 13.0%; P = .002) more utilizing compression at follow-up (50.6% 39.8%; .017). any had fewer pregnancies (mean, 2.0 2.6; .02), veins treated during their procedure 1.9 1.7; .01), wearing long-term (48.3% 37.4%; .01). Haemoglobin of varicose vein, varicose vein with thrombophlebitis and in parietal thrombus of varicose vein.

Saphenous veins were taken for examination: unchanged, varicose with thrombophlebitis and varicose thrombus. The contents of haemoglobin and protein were determined in the homogenate of that material. Only small quantities of haemoglobin were found in walls of unchanged veins. Greater amounts of haemoglobin were observed in walls of varicose veins, especially in walls of varicose veins with thr...

Objective(s): Several researchers have reported the relationship between infertility in male and varicocele for so many years but the implication of varicocele in female patients is remains elusive. Here, we aim to examine the effects of unilateral varicose ovarian vein on antioxidant capacity and oocyte quality of rat ovary after the experimental creation of varicocele in female rats. Improved Survival, Vascular Differentiation and Wound Healing Potential of Stem Cells Co-Cultured with Endothelial Cells

In this study, we developed a methodology to improve the survival, vascular differentiation and regenerative potential of umbilical cord blood (UCB)-derived hematopoietic stem cells (CD34(+) cells), by co-culturing the stem cells in a 3D fibrin gel with CD34(+)-derived endothelial cells (ECs). ECs differentiated from CD34(+) cells appear to have superior angiogenic properties to fully different...
